GO JWST!

25 years and several delays later, the moment has arrived. Minutes away. Currently watching the pre-launch coverage from my childhood bedroom hoping I will get my Christmas wish on Christmas Day. Surreal. Emotional. Humbled. Deeply soaked in awe and wonder. Reignited with passion and inspiration.

Fingers crossed the launch and the coming months go smoothly. This is all about what the Ariane 5 rocket is carrying: the James Webb Telescope (JWST). A feat in engineering and creativity like no other.

When the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) was launched in 1990, the discoveries made up to recent times have completely transformed our understanding of the universe and our place in it. Now with the JWST, we go beyond all of the above.

Watch this space. The universe is about go get a lot more interesting. And a lot more exciting!! 😍
