The Challenge
This week saw another historical moment in the new space age. The first actress, Yulia Peresild went to space and marks the first for professional filmmaking beyond our planet. I can’t wait to see the end result. Along with film director Klim Shipenko, the duo is filming a feature film called “The Challenge”. This is being shot on the International Space Station (ISS). A turning point in creativity and space exploration combined.
Whenever I see the Soyuz rocket in action my heart melts and I get all those spacey childhood feels inside. Ah space nostalgia, it always has a way of igniting our inner furnaces of hopeful dreams and imagination. The ISS once again plays a defining role in our story among the stars.
Artistry is the flow that keeps our stories alive. Now for the first time, our stories have transcended beyond Earth. This is big news. A game-changer. The future of storytelling is here.
Congratulations to Julia Peresild, Klim Shipenko, Anton Astrey, Roscosmos, and the whole team behind this artistic endeavour. This transforms storytelling to out of this world…literally.
